After an injury or surgery, your recovery plan is designed by our providers and carried out in our own therapy spaces: strength work, mobility, and rehabilitation exercises that progress as you do. Because your rehab team works alongside your medical provider and chiropractor, your plan adjusts as you heal instead of waiting on reports from an outside facility, and follow-up questions get answered by people who already know your case.

Therapeutic massage as part of your treatment plan.
Medical massage is different from a typical spa massage. Under the direction of our doctors, your massage is performed with the intent of improving the specific conditions we've diagnosed, using a variety of modalities focused on your recovery. If you suffer from persistent headaches, back pain, or neck pain, your insurance may cover medical massage therapy. Contact us for details.
Sessions are scheduled as part of your broader care plan, often alongside a chiropractic or physical-medicine visit on the same day, and your therapist works from your providers' diagnosis, focusing on the specific muscle groups behind your symptoms rather than general relaxation.
Complete your labs in-house.
As your local family healthcare provider, we can complete blood draws in-house, with results delivered to the clinic in two to five business days for follow-up. Once your results are in, we conduct a thorough review with you and help monitor any specific concerns, supporting your journey to complete wellness.
Having labs in-house means one less errand: your draw happens during your regular visit, and the results come back to the provider who ordered them. We use onsite labs for annual wellness panels, medication monitoring, hormone levels, and tracking chronic conditions. Every result is reviewed with you in plain language, with next steps decided together.
See your provider from home.
Telemedicine allows us to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients at a distance using telecommunications technology. When you can't make it to the clinic, complete your appointment from your laptop or compatible phone and speak with your provider from the comfort of home or office.
Virtual visits work well for medication follow-ups, reviewing lab results, visible concerns like rashes, and sick visits when leaving home is the last thing you want to do. Book the same way as any appointment, receive your link, and connect at your scheduled time. And if your provider decides you should be seen in person, the telemedicine visit becomes your fast track to that appointment.
